Sports Integration
Integrating sports in the curriculum fosters holistic development, promotes physical and psychological well-being and enhances cognitive abilities of the learners. Deeply embedded in the school curriculum, Sports integration utilizes physical activities to help develop skills such as collaboration, self-initiative, self-direction, self-discipline, teamwork, responsibility and citizenship. At PPIS, learners adopt fitness as a lifelong attitude. Activities like fitness, yoga, skating, Taekwondo, basketball, football and cricket are conducted regularly as envisaged in the Fit India Movement.
